The Operations Coordinator supports the operational functions of the company with specific regard to internal systems support, procurement and purchasing and facility repair and maintenance. This person is also responsible for maintaining the day-to-day functionality of our corporate office as well as the systems put in place to promote a high level of efficiency in the company. This will entail regular system maintenance as well as ongoing project lists.
Requires strong computer and internet research skills, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal staff as well as outside clients and vendors. Experience with Google Drive is a plus! Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with numerous interruptions throughout the day. Ideal candidate must work well independently, be extremely self-motivated and have great attention to detail.
